Hertz - Can you get ZE1 points with back-to-back rentals?

I was just reading the T&C Section for Award points and came across this:

"...Points will not be issued on the following type rentals: rentals on rate plans for accounts that do not allow employees to participate in award programs; insurance or dealer replacement rentals; rentals by Hertz employees, Hertz licensees and licensee employees; and rentals using travel industry rates/discounts, tour and wholesale rentals, and convention rate rentals, or rentals made under an Applicant Program Number, or when a member chooses to receive mileage/credits for a frequent traveler program (i.e., airline frequent flyer, hotel frequency program, etc.). Members will not accrue Points from subsequent rentals occurring in the same city within 48 hours of each other. A Member's #1 Awards account information such as current balance, earned and redeemed Points can be accessed anytime by logging onto hertz.com..."

Does this mean I will not get ZE1 points on any type of back-to-back rentals (e.g., first rental from Mon 5pm - Wed 5pm, second rental from Wed 5pm - Fri 5pm)? Or does this mean that there has to be 48 hours between the beginning of two rental dates, as is back-to-back one day rentals aren't eligible?

Or is this just fine print and everyone gets their points for any type of back-to-back rentals anyway?

I've done tons of back to backs at my HLE, and I assume I'm getting the points.

I do get them if I rent from my HLE one day, then my airport the next.

i've earned points (and PC qualifying days) renting at DFW at 8pm on three consecutive nights. regardless of the T&C, i doubt hertz has invested anything in tracking that type of activity....

I've gotten them three times in a row. I think they'd rather give me ZE1 points than pay for miles/points in another program (I'm not paying the $.50 for US carriers, so they don't get anything when I get hotel points).

I have turned in a car at the airport and picked one up at the same time. Received my points and two seperate rentals. I couild not switch my contract to a one way drop off after picking the car up, so I had to have a new rental.
