Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Free Lonely Planet Guide (UK res Only)

It doesn't say when this expires so if you've got a flight booked already why not fill it in!

Does this only include flights from UK to Germany or any LH flight? The rules are not really clear about that. So I could just enter my last flights and send the books to an UK adress?

I assume that the offer is now closed, because flights had to be booked by 31 December (presume 2004) and taken by 15 february 2005
