KLM Flying Dutchman - problem logging on to FD account online

I can't log on to my FD account online, is anyone else having a similar problem?

I use http://www.klm.com/uk_en/ and the error message says "Flying Dutchman number is not entered correctly."

There was no problem a week or so ago.

The FD part of the site was down earlier today but seems to be back up again now.
