JetBlue TrueBlue - Terminal 4 to Terminal 6 @ JFK

How far is out from Terminal 4 to Terminal 6? I've got two hours to get through customs and make a flight on Jetblue.

Depends on the day and the time, but you should be okay. Terminal 6 may not be the prettiest, but it is time efficient. I have checked bags and gotten through security over Christmas break in 20 mins.

Through customs? I presume you've booked another carrier as B6 doesn't fly international unless you're coming from Bahamas or flying much later this year. Then would you have to wait for your checked bags to come out onto the international flight's baggage claim and then recheck them with jetblue's counter...which does take some time. (I'm not sure but don't think jetblue has any bag-sharing agreements with other airlines, like the majors do.) If so, you're running a little tight on time but could possibly pull through, just hope everything goes perfectly. What a hassle though.

I'm coming in on Virgin from London with checked bags. I would at least be in the front of the plane and one of the first off.

You will be fine. I've done exactly this a few times w/ even about 15 mins less coming in on KLM from AMS and heading to Jetblue...
