Hi everyone...
I lost my mpx220 in Argentina. I was mad but felt relatively okay about it because I have always paid for Cingular's insurance every month for my phones. So now I get back home and Cingular says the mpx220 isn't covered by insurance. :mad:
The really annoying thing is that I specifically asked when I purchased the phone at Best Buy if the phone would be covered by the insurance policy. I was told "of course." Now they just want to tell me I'm SOL even though I've been paying the monthly premium. Cingular was certainly aware of the upgrade as Best Buy had to call them and review my plan, options, etc. when I upgraded the phone.
Anyone have any suggestion as to what I should do? Or any previous experiences of your own with this??
