Travel Technology - TV Tuner/PVR for Macs?

So in the mac mini thread, SNA mentioned Elgato's EyeTV. And Swise linked to a tuner/PVR from Formac.

Sparked my interest. So I'm wondering what else is out there.

Are they really worthwhile?
