I use onesuite for international long distance and for faxes. I am trying to contact Tunisia, and most of the time get "The network is too busy to handle your call." Which network is too busy? Is this a function of onesuite not having enough lines, or in general not enough lines to Tunisia or ... ? I can go do a work around or use a dial-around to try to call or fax if I have some idea what the problem is.

It's probably a lack of lines in Tunisia.

I have been using OneSuite for about 3 1/2 years now and was getting that a lot about a year ago.
It's been my experience that the message is related to the dial-around number you are using. In Dallas, for example, there are about 6 local access numbers for the cheaper rates -- 4 of which were added since I signed up and speed-coded their first number on the list into my phone.
As soon as I re-coded my phone with a newer number further down on the list, I have not had a "too busy" message.

I have been having the same problem the last few months to all my calls to Southeast Asia. I definitely know it is not the local access numbers because I will use several of them from different regions. i think the problem lies in the congestion of traffic in the receiving region at that time. there are certain times of the day where I can expect my calls to go through. I use net2phone as a backup. Usually if OS is down N2 will work and if N2 is down OS will work.

Since both are VoIP based, I wonder if there is anyway to see what's happening w/ Internet traffic in one's target call-area?
And I can certainly see where parts of SE Asia would be difficult to reach after the tsunami, but not before that.

Since bigzoo's demise I don't have a virtual calling card. 'Been using Sams Club AT&T cards.
I like the pinskip feature that recognizes the your phone which I use for my mobile.
Anyone with an update or a new preferred provider?
Anyone want to refer me for onesuite?
