Hilton HHonors - Confirmation email

Has anyone lately been having trouble obtaining their confirmation email after making a reservation online or over the phone?? I made one reservation recently over the phone and never received confirmation email and have asked Hilton to email it and fax it to me over 10 times by now and still have not got it.

It is possible that your computer or your ISP is blocking it as spam. I've never had this happen with other legit e-mail sources, though not Hilton specifically.

hotmail treats them as spam unless you mark the address as safe

Well, I have not had any of the confirmations come in my spam box and still never received the confirmation by fax, which I requested twice.

I recently did a couple of cancellations but I didnt receive any email confirmation. I checked my HHonors account a few hours later and it did confirm that those reservations were cancelled.

I've not had any trouble receiving e-mail confirmations, but if I did I'd check my profile on HH and see that the e-mail address is correct. Calling and requesting an e-mail or fax has been a bti more variable, but of course I can go to my Travel Planner, click on the confirmation number and copy / print etc. the confirmation from there. YMMV.
