:td: I checked in this afternoon to the Hampton Inn Cherry Creek in Denver and the room key machine was broken, and so someone from the front desk escorted me to my room, no problem. I came back a few hours later, and I ask to get my room key the gal at the front desk said that it'll be Wednesday now when they get a new room key machine.
Anyone ever been to a hotel where they've had this happen? I feel sorry for the front desk folks, this can be a busy HI.
