My Starwood account just reflected my new platinum status yesterday. (yay!) I need to book an award travel stay in less than two weeks that I was getting some pushback on as a gold because a 'standard room' was not available on the dates I wanted to travel. I was hoping that perhaps the platinum concierge might be able to help me out. Since I am newly minted I dont have the number yet. Can anyone PM me the number so that I may attempt my reservation?
