Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Which one is the cheapest Economy Fare bucket?

BHKLMVY, these are the only ones that QF is giving Full Econmy Points and SC to now, no discount economy for CX.
I have a gut feeling that this is the same rule for Asia Miles?
