Nope. Very few airlines allow household accounts (BA being the only one that I can think of).

Delta allows the transfer of miles between accounts for a fee, but as far as I know there's no way you can do this on US Airways.

Sign up for a credit card or something else that will give you 10K in the 15K account. You can cut that to a 5K signup if you want to use one of the 20K usairways.com awards before 1 March.
