Between Dec. 1, 2004 and Mar. 1, 2005, Dividend Miles members will
earn 7,500 bonus miles for roundtrip US Airways flights to/from
London or Manchester in coach (Y ,B, M, H, Q, V, W fare classes)
and 15,000 bonus miles in business class.

Keep in mind that they do not let you GOM anymore, so choose your bonus wisely. :p

Had to be a smartazz.... Get Out More - essentially bonuses that were allowed to be compounded. I wasn't around for it but from what I understand it was like the GoFares 3x bonuses and the double vision bonuses... but triple all that.
