Las Vegas - New Years in Vegas

Anyone know of any really good deals for nicer strip properties in Vegas?

As of now I have a rate at Paris for the 30th, 31st, and 1st at Paris for $225, $225, and $199 respectively. Rate then drops to $69 for next 3 nights. It's a "Player's Rate" but not much of one as it's only counting minimal play from last years Comdex.

Will pay to be in a nice spot on the strip for NYE, but if anyone knows of better deals, please post :)

I checked the Bellagio for 31st to 3rd... it was $800 / night each night! I think the last night was slightly cheaper!

Just booked my parents into the Venetian for an average of $376.33 per night in a Bella Suite for Wednesday ($213), Thursday($373), and Friday($543) nights. It's NYE that makes it tough.

Now the the late bookings for travel are done, any must attend activities for the New Year for a couple and their 18 year old son (my brother)?

If you have not booked a show at your respective hotels by now you are going to be limited to watching the $million fireworks show from the roofs of the strip casinos.
Either that or fight the 400000 very cold and very drunk hordes on LV Blvd.
Note: you will not be able to enter any other hotel/casino but your own on NYE.
