I'm flying on a 767 (AMS - IAD) in early March -- would anyone be willing to share their opinions about the best coach class seats?
I searched but didn't find anything, other than a few rows to avoid.
Thanks!

If you look at the map, you'll see that they're all pretty much the same, with the possible exception of the bulkheads and those rows that don't have windows.
A simple search for "767" will turn several good threads:

Row 14 has a generous bulkhead, but the window is oddly placed. If you care more about legroom than a view, I recommend row 14 window or aisle seats.

Thanks, I guess I need to refine my search skills.
Unfortunately, I can't access any of the premium seats, either on nwa.com (via my info or view reservations) or the Elite line at NWA. The rep told me that I'd have to wait until check-in to get access to any of these seats.
Seems like this oldest NWA-KLM alliance still has its snaffu's.

P seats on KL metal are very difficult (if not impossible) to snag via NW. I've also found that nwa.com checkin doesn't let you pick seats, so if you're flying KL metal ex-USA you'll have to ask at the airport if you want a "better" seat. Some folks here have reported success calling KLM directly in AMS and asking for the advance seat reservation, though.
On your return to the USA, however, klm.com checkin works great for snagging good seats on KL metal.
