Hi,

About a week ago, i had bought an LAX-PHL ticket through cheaptickets.com for travel between 10 Dec - 16 December.

The outbound travel from LAX was via Airtran, and the inbound travel from Philadelphia is via Frontier.

At the time of the purchase, i was told that they could only issue a paper ticket, and that i should expect it by courier within 4 days.

A few days before my departure, i called the cheaptickets, and they told me that the ticket would arrrive at my door around 12 noon pacific time for departure later that night at 11.50pm.

I waited, and the ticket never arrived around 1pm. I had an urgent appointment (i had an exams sheduled that afternoon), hence, I left my home.

Airtran told me to file for a lost ticket at the counter. I did pay an extra $50 before being allowed to board.

Now, I called the courier company, and they told me they had delivered the ticket around 4pm, when i was way out of my home (which is about 3hrs from LA.

Now, all i want is how i can manage my flight back without having to pay a lost ticket fee to Frontier, because my ticket is now in Delano, and there is no way i can get it sent to me over here in the east coast ..both Airline and Cheaptickets are giving the run around, blaming each other..

what can i do..i have about 4 days before my scheduled return date?

cheers - NN

Seems to me that it's the fault of cheaptickets and/or the courier company, since you were promised tickets and never got them. Can't really blame Frontier. You might get stuck buying a ticket home.

You have a good case for reimbursement, however, and I'd complain to cheaptickets until you get the money returned for your original tickets and the extra fee(s). If that doesn't work you could try the guy that runs this site (http://www.triprights.com/fix/index.html).
