American Express Membership Rewards - MR to Northwest

With the lounge agreement and such with NW and AmEx, does anyone think/know if we will be able to use MR points for NW miles? I'm thinking of going to NW, but with a lack of MR transfers, I'm not sure.

Also, can someone tell me if Black comes with NW Gold or CO Gold?

It's not. Though CO Gold is de facto NW Gold for upgrade purposes.
