Just had the latest Centurion mag through the post with an offer for 25,000 extra FD miles if you book using your Amex card.

You must register here www.klm.com/amex before 20th December, outbound flight must be taken between November 22nd 2004 and February 28th 2005.

<< Being a member of the KLM Flying Dutchman program is extremely rewarding. If you book a KLM Business Class ticket now, you'll receive 25,000 FD Miles for free! That's enough Miles for a free return flight award to the destination of your choice within Europe.

It's easy. All you have to do is register for this promotion before December 20th, 2004. Just fill in your FD number and date of birth and click on 'sign up'. Then call your local Centurion or Platinum Service or go to www.klm.com to book your flight and pay for it with your American Express® card.

If you aren't a Flying Dutchman member yet, just go to www.klm.com, enroll and come back here to register for this unique offer. Welcome to the club. >>

PS, Just re-read the ad in the magazine, it says World Business Class so presumably only Intercontinental flights apply.

It does appear to be limited to Business Class.

After you register, you get a screen that says, inter alia,

After you've made your outbound KLM Business Class flight between November 22nd, 2004 and February 28th, 2005 we will credit your FD account with 25,000 Miles.
