This is confirmed on www.aa.com (http://www.aa.com) under AAdvantage / Earning Miles / Earning Miles on Airlines / Canadian Airlines where it says "details will follow soon".
It's not unexpected news, given that CPlus is not going to exist after 12/31 anyways.
