Don't normally do testamonials, but when some firm does something well, I think they deserve acknowledgement.
Like most, I got a flyer in my last Cdn+ statement and newsletter from Floraworld.com offering points bonuses for Mother's Day Flowers. I was enroute YEG to YHZ when I decided to order a bouquet in a vase to send to my mother that weekend (this was Thursday afternoon) in YYZ. I made the call from the Empress Club (sorry state it has been in these last weeks...) and the call centre that took my call was back home in Edmonton.
Helpful woman took my order, we chatted about horrid weather I had left behind that morning while the computer varified credit card, etc.
The flowers arrived the following day, and according to mother are still as fresh almost two weeks later as the day they arrived!
So cudos to Floraworld (at a price mind you).
