A couple of years ago MGM Grand use to have a very casual seafood restaurant open for both lunch & dinner, it was towards the back of the hotel, grouped near some other restaurants, out in the open. After it closed, we've been looking for something similar and haven't been able to find anything. There is a place in Rio, but that's more of a full dining spot--what MGM had was a place you could buy items by the piece-- say 6 large shrimp, 4 clams etc. I guess more like a 'seafood' bar is what we're after, any ideas?

Seablue, a new restaurant at MGM, should be exactly what you're looking for.

I'm not a seafood eater myself, but the locals seem to like a place called Hush Puppy on West Charleston. It won LVRJ Best of Award:
