Canadian Airlines Plus - Red Stickers to Swap

I have 8 x packs of 4 (32 stickers, each good for 500 miles) Red Stickers, all expire 02/2001. As nearly all of my travel is International these are of little use to me. I would like to swap them for some of the new Blue stickers.

Since the stickers are now part of the elite program guide books, and we must present the stickers intact on the "mother page" supposedly still bound in these books, how do you propose this swap take place?

Also, each such page (in the GOLD books at least) has 8 "white" 500-mile stickers, which represents two packs already, and each of the four "blues" represents another 4/5 "red 500s". Will you give up all 8 folders for a single page? And from what we are hearing, old stickers, while still upgradable from all fares, are capacity controlled which balances off their usefulness and full value. With upgrades now possible on the day of flight from any fare even with the new stickers, the value of the old ones may actually be less than of the new ones.

I have no use for the "Reds" but can use the "Blues" so I would be willing to swap all 8 for a sheet of the Blues (4 stickers).

The four blue stickers are all on the same page as the eight white ones.
