I just got my first Starwood E-Statement since they told me they would no longer send paper statements to US members. While the email looks nice and well formatted in HMTL, there is no information in it. You have to click on the HTML link in the email which pulls up a web page asking for your password, which pulls up a web page saying "We're Sorry, The page that you requested cannot be found."
Now even if it pulled up the page listing my stays, that's not what I want. I want the list in a place I can store somewhere. I can store an email, but I can't store a web access to a database. I suppose I could print out the webpage each month, but I don't always have access to a printer.
Why can't Starwood accomplish this simple thing? If they won't send us a paper statement, they should at least send us a true E-statement.
