Well, the weren't all from CP E/P desk, but most of them were, and they came while I was out of town for an extended trip. And in truth, some were repeated messages. But the number of calls was surprising. They all had to do with schedule changes, on essentially every award ticket I booked in December, to avoid the price increase.
Particularly amusing was one reservation that was changed, then changed again when the second flight was also cancelled, and then changed yet again, when the third flight was cancelled. I didn't bother with the details, 'cause in the end, I couldn't make the flight anyway. But my original YVR-YEG flight eventually became YVR-YYC-YEG.
No big deal, but booking flights sure is becoming a crap shoot.
