For the last couple of weeks, SPG.com has been extremely difficult to navigate. I have tried everything I know on my computer, and nothing seems to work, so I am thinking it must be tied to the site and not my PC.

No matter what I do, about every third screen locks up in "verifying cookies/SPG failure" and won't load. Going back pages is the only way to try to reload, and it sometimes takes 5 or 6 attempts before I can get to the next page. Is anyone else having this problem lately?

Add to that the WORST thing about SPG.com (the constant signing in to the account), and I have spent over an hour this morning simply trying to cancel a reservation. Why does it require me to sign in to the account every time I try to do anything (over and over again)? For example, this AM, was trying to pull up a res. The account is signed in (can see name and balance on top). Click "Check Reservations", need to sign in again... Back to "check reservations", back into the sign in loop. Finally get the screen where you need to eneter name and res number or SPG number to find it, and sent BACK to the sign in screen, where the entire loop starts again. Don't get me started on even trying to pull up all of Mr Fish's current reservations (all made on SPG.com), this is nearly impossible without signing in at least 4 times.

Is this all part of SPG.com's recent "enhancements"? Whatever happened to a simple online account where you could sign in one time and see all your current reservations, search for rates, access your activity, etc? Mr Fish refuses to even use SPG.com anymore, and that leaves only me to navigate this terrible site (he sells cust svc software, so you can imagine how frustrated he gets lol).

BTW, ended up having to call Cust Svc to cancel unneeded res and put a link/request on another. Sry, just needed to vent about a wasted hour where nothing was accomplished!

Having similar problems. Don't know why they don't interview users and find out what's wrong. Must be happening the same for all others.

There's a fellow here next to me trying to log onto SPG.com and he is balling his head off that SPG.com is not loading up on his Mac laptop using Safari to the point where he can log in. It keeps trying to load and reload.

I guess I should lend him my computer for a minute once I get done with this..

For me it's not HTML issues, rather they can't get the number of Stays, Nights and points correct. It keeps going up and down, left and right... MADNESS!

It isn't his Safari; I just tried, and Safari loaded the spg site like a flash. I also logged right in.

I can't testify as to correctness of points, because I'm a novice at that.
