Does anyone know whether Mandarin Oriental guarantee a room at any hotel of their's if you have an AMEX Centurion Card? I understand that if you book 72 hrs in advance they guarantee a room. However - I called AMEX Travel yesterday and they said the could not book me a room at the Mandarin Oriental Miami with 72 hrs to spare....where is the so called guarantee? Am I missing something here?
