Dwlevine, the moderator on the TWA PlaneBusiness message board, is talking about a 5th company that may enter the picture on the TWA bankruptcy drama. I knopw that he consults for a company associated with the airline industry, so I'm taking his "rumor" for what it's worth. See the TWA Message Board at www.planebusiness.com (http://www.planebusiness.com)

P.S. He said we should all find out who is the 5th "element" tomorrow.

avek00:

It could be 5th company or the 50th, your stock is still worthless kiddo, learn to live with it!

As your friend, UAL777flyer on PlaneBusiness said: Avek, I've said it once and I'll say it again. You are a moron! How about hopping a train to reality.

My sources in the industry are also telling me that another entity will be entering the TWA stakes in the next day or two. I am bound from disclosing details by a non-disclosure agreement, but they are well funded and intend to keep the airline independant. Part of their strategy includes an investor buyout, so that is good news for the poor sods (like myself) who have been trying to decide whether it is worth using their stock certificates to mop up spills in the kitchen.

For anyone to jump into the fray right now and convince the presiding judge would be very very difficult. Judges do not want t o reverse themselves.

Anyone to have a chance would have to address the employee's jobs etc. etc. over and above the other factors such as debt. loans etc.
