Starwood Preferred Guest - internet down - hotel offered "anything", what to suggest

I'd hoped to wait until my trip was over and do a nice trip report, but I have an issue I need some help with.

I am in the middle of a trip to SFO. I had business in the city on Tuesday - Thursday and I'm taking a little mini vacation this weekend before I fly back.
However, I needed to work today. I left the Palace and headed for the W Sillicon Valley. I got a great rate here and thought I'd spend the night and work here today. My wife is joining me tonight and we are headed to the W San Francisco tomorrow.

Basically I came here to A) check out the hotel and get another stay and B) work from here.

I have spent a total of about 5 hours on the phone with Lodgenet trying to resolve an internet connection issue. I'm (from a previous job) a Microsoft and Cisco engeneer. I feel like I'm doing their job.

Regardless, I have basically missed a day of work (on the east coast).

I asked them to move me to the W San Fran, but they cannot do that at my same rate- which I understand.

However, they have said "is there anything we can do for you"
How do I answer that? They keep reiterating it "just let us know what we can do".
I'm already in a hute suite, so an upgrade doesnt do much...

Should I ask for anything? A free meal? Starpoints? Is that tactful?
