HI bidders,
I tried to use priceline.com to get hotel rooms. All went well until the address page, it seems that Canadians cannot use the site. There is no .ca site. Do any of you experts know of a site accessible to us Northeners, I'd love to try biiding, adds some mystery to travel, and the thrill of a bargain is so exciting.
Thank you.

I am a Canadian resident but I use an American credit card and address to bid. If you have a buddy in the US, you might be able to ask him/her to bid in your behalf.

There is a workaround suggested on the BiddingforTravel.com site and the BetterBidding.com site . Also, you can use Priceline.com.hk and Priceline.com.sg without any workaround. You can also use Priceline.co.uk - I think there's a very small workaround for that.

This has been mentioned on BiddingForTravel, but note that you will probably have trouble if you try to bid with a Canadian Visa card. MasterCard and AmEx should work fine though.

Thanks YY, worked like a charm. Got 3 nights at $50us ($179 total with taxes) at 4* JW Marriott in New Orleans. I am a happy camper!
