Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - Long Term Stay Apt? Sunshine Coast?

Hi,

We are looking to stay around a month somewhere along the Sunshine Coast. We've stayed in Noosa before & loved it, we loved the state forest being so close to us on Hastings Street. I have been looking for some sort of affordable accomodations somewhere in the Sunshine Coast area... I've found some apartments in Mooloolaba (Raffles) that look nice & has a shopping plaza/beach close by...

Are there any suggestions out there??? Wherever it is, I'd like it to be walkable to most things, but have a park close by!
