Phones Programs/Partners - ATT & Continental

I signed up for ATT through the Continental website, but noticed afterwards that there is no place to enter the Onepass #. I subsequently contacted ATT to add my # to the account, but this is what ATT is telling me:


I received your e-mail regarding the Continental Airlines OnePass
Frequent Flyer number to be added to your account.

Please be informed that AT&T does not handle the Frequent Flyer program.
Please contact our Continental Airlines OnePass Frequent Flyer Program
at 1-713-952-1630, available Monday through Friday, 6:30 A.M. to 08:00
P.M., CT and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.

I contacted Continental and they told me that it's ATT's side that need to be contacted!!!

Does this make sense?

If not for the miles, I'll dump both of them :mad:

You have to call up this AT&T number and give them your OnePass number: 1 800-255-4600, Ext. 51650

Make sure to call back that number I gave you and verify again to make sure they indeed attached your OnePass number to your residential service plan.
You just never know some inexperience agents... :rolleyes:

Just got a notice that ATT is dropping out of the CO OnePass program on Oct. 31, 2005 but miles will be credited through Dec. 31, 2005.
