Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Airbus 346 or 342 on FRA-CPT Route ?

I'm flying FRA-CPT next Wednesday on SA263.

I'm wondering what to expect:

1) the new Airbus 340-600 with lie-flat business class seats

or

2) the older Airbus 340-200 with regular recline business class seats.

There are some pictures on Airliners.net that show the 342, but then again the flight is indicated on the SAA website as being 346.

Any recent experiences ?
