Las Vegas - Dinner suggestions for Thanksgiving

While I've been in Vegas over Thanksgiving numerous times, my wife and I have always had dinner with family friends. This year the two of us want a quiet dinner (no buffets). Anyone have any suggestions for something that resembles "traditional" Thanksgiving?
I don't mind spending $60 per person before booze.
It's not fancy, but I might choose Marie Callendars. There is one at Flamingo and Decatur. You know the pie will be good!

Based upon comments in other threads, I have tentatively booked at Rosemary's. They have a four course dinner (three or four choices per course) for $40.

I would guess Michael Mina will have a great Thanksgiving dinner.

I had a real tough time last year so trying to find a place that did NOT serve Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving day. Renoir was servig their regular menu.

Rosemary's called today to confirm my RSVP, and they repeated that there would likely be four entree choices (turkey and steak being two of them) on the prix fixe. Personally, I'm indifferent to turkey, so I'm sure I'll be satisfied.
Today's e-mail from the Rio includes information on holiday dining including menu information. Hope this is a help.

Last year my husband & I arrived in LAS on Turkey Day and unfortunately had not made dinner reservations before arrival. We were unable to get a seat anywhere that was serving a traditional meal--(we didn't want a buffet) and ended up at Ruth Chris's on Flamingo where they didn't have turkey, but came close with roast chicken. This year we are at the Four Seasons and made prior reservations for 3pm at their Verandah restaruant where we've been assured they will be serving the traditional Turkey meal.

Thought I would close out the thread with a report on Rosemary’s Thanksgiving dinner. While my wife and I enjoyed the dinner, the food was overall just good, not up to the raving reports here on FT. Service was excellent, and the price was truly a bargain.
This was the menu to choose from:
First Course:
-Butternut Squash Soup with Spice Cream (my wife ordered and it was way too sweet, and not hot enough)
-Zucchini Griddle Cakes with Butter Poached Rock Shrimp Tomato Relish and Lemon Caper Aioli (my selection and was very tasty)
-Arugula, Endive & Radicchio Salad with Red Wine Poached D’Anjou Pear, Candied Walnuts, Crumbled Maytag Blue Cheese and Port Wine Syrup
Second Course:
-Jumbo Wild Mushroom Tortellini with a Smoked Duck & Onion Relish, Three Cheese Frico and Roasted Chestnut Coulis (wife’s pick, and she was quite pleased)
-Fresh Spinach tossed in a Warm Apple Smoked Bacon Red Wine Vinaigrette with Twice Baked Fingerling Potatoes, Deviled Eggs & Crispy Pancetta
-Savory Roasted Tomato & Goat Cheese Cheesecake with Basic Sprouts and Creamy Creole Mustard Vinaigrette (I had this and it was spectacular. Probably one of the ten best starters I’ve ever enjoyed. Must have been a nightmare to make).
Main Course:
-Pan Seared Tournedos of Turkey, with Pecan Cornbread Stuffing, String Beans and Andouille Sausage, and Maw Maw’s Gravy (Oddly I saw no one ordering Turkey)
-Pumpkin Seed Crusted Halibut on a Bed of Warm Wilted Greens with Sautéed Chanterelles & Dried Apricot Beurre Blanc (I enjoyed this, but it seemed too heavily salted)
-Grilled Beef Kabobs with Pecan Brown Sugar Roasted Swett Potatoes, Crystal Fried Onion Rings, and Rosemary’s Spicy Steak Sauce (My wife was indifferent about the meat, but the sides were very good, although the potatoes were only lukewarm to the touch)
-Angel Hair Pasta with Sauté of Green Vegetables, Sun Dried Tomato Pesto, Toasted Pine Nuts and Parmesan Reggiano Cheese Shavings
Dessert:
-Lemon Mousse Tart (we thought this was first rate)
-Chocolate Flourless Cake with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Dark Chocolate Sauce & Caramel Drizzles
-Classic Pumpkin Pie with Cinnamon Ice Cream & Caramel Sauce (decent, but not extraordinary)

Who knows, maybe they got hammered on Thanksgiving or the regular cooks were out. But, my two dining companions and I all thought that at $40 for the three course fixed meal, the food was spectacular last month. Anyhow, you avoided cooking for Thanksgiving which is the important thing.
