Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Alamo drop fee, how can I tell for sure if there is one?

I've made a one-way reservation on Alamo.com. It's a good price, but I don't want to be hit with some kind of $500 drop off fee or something! How can tell whether there is a drop charge?

From the Alamo website:

Drop Charge

This is a fee that is assessed for renting a vehicle in one rental location and returning the vehicle to another rental location (see one-way rentals).

This is also known as an 'inter-city' fee.

The drop charge fee varies by rental location and time of year.

The drop charge fee will be disclosed when you book via the web site and is payable at time of pick up.

From my reservation confirmation page:

Estimated charges are confirmed based on the information you have provided; only taxes, fees, and surcharges are subject to change.

There is no indication of a drop fee on either my reservation confirmation page or in the email that Alamo sent.

Do you usually see a drop fee with a one-way rental on Alamo.com if there is a drop fee?

Thanks for any help.

Florida one isnt charged. You should up reg res and go thru the motions of renting w/o telling em you have a res and see from there.
You can always do as I do and make a 2nd res with the 2nd cheapest company just in case. Kake it for an hour or so after your 1st and REMEMBER to cancel it if the 1st one works out.
