I'm not sure where to post this, so I hope this is the right place. Why is there no forum for Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

Do they have a loyalty program? I just perused their website (albeit briefly) and didnt see one.

I don't know that they do. I was looking for a coupon code a while ago and there was no place in Flyertalk to find one. Now I just got a mailing from them with some coupon codes and I thought if there were a place in Flyertalk I would be happy to post them. That's why I asked asked the question. Maybe it doesn't make sense to have a forum if there's no loyalty program. I hadn't thought of it that way.

Would it make sense to post the coupons in TravelBuzz?

I'm kind of new at this. Since you're the moderator should I take this as a suggestion that TravelBuzz is the right place?

Welcome!

I'm a moderator, and even then only assigned to two forums -- Delta and MilesBuzz. I'd hardly claim to be the moderator, though I've been said to have a bit of a big head at times (le Flyertalk se moi' ! ;) ).

My hunch was that TravelBuzz would be the best place for the posting, though I wasn't suggesting that in some sort of official capacity. Just trying to help. :)

I thought of coupon connection as more of a forum for trading. I'm not exactly sure what to make of a forum called SPAM. Is that maybe a place?

Coupon connection is also a place to give away codes. It's the logical match to me.

SPAM is for ways to get miles and points, other than airlines and hotels, as well as getting free products.

It sounds like coupon connection may be the right place. I'll post it there.

Thanks.

Does Enterprise have a loyalty program?

No, Enterprise does not have a loyalty program.

I just got a coupon code in the mail for Enterprise-I'd gladly share the 10% airport/25% neighborhood coupon if we had a forum for it. Heck, I wouldn't care if there was a dollar/enterprise forum- it's not like they get that much action that it would be hard to sort out. In addition, most of the talk I've seen in these forums relate to coupon codes-not the loyalty program anyway. Especially with the search function not working, that would be the most accessible/easiest to find place, at little to no bandwidth cost.

By the way, I was directed here by an email by the mods. Before that, I had no idea this was being discussed already (confirming the accessibility issue).

Once you've been a member of FlyerTalk for 60 days, you can share those Enterprise coupons over in The Coupon Connection (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=373).

Once one has dealt with Enterprise, it is unlikely that anyone would be "loyal." Awful company, IMHO.

An Enterprise Forum would still not permit the exchange of coupons, as that action belongs in Coupon Connection.

Anyone with such offerings will have to wait until they are eligible to participate in CC.

Otherwise, I still don't see any compelling need for an Enterprise Forum, as they do not have a loyalty program.

Here's the enterprise link anyway- move in into the coupon connection (that I'm not allowed to access yet) if you want.

25% off neighborhood rental- http://enterprise.com/25
10% off airport rental- http://enterprise.com/fly

You'll always be the moderator as far as I'm concerned.

I think Enterprise should rate a forum of its own. Looking at the other rental car forums, there is a lot of code/discount postings, specific car rental experiences and type and location questions, all of which would apply to Enterprise as much as anyone else. I'm sure FlyerTalk can manage with another forum :)

There are too many as it is... :)

And a lot more need than just an occasional coupon offering should exist. With no reward program, it's quite unlikely to occur.

I would like to second a vote for an Enterprise forum. It is a very large rental car company (at least it's large in Mid-Atlantic) and as we all know, the topics discussed in other rental car forums do not pertain just to the loyalty programs alone. It would be nice to have a place to ask questions about a particlar Enterprise location, types of cars they rent, etc.

If not an Enterprise forum, how about an "Other Rental Car Companies" forum? That could cover Enterprise, Rent-A-Wreck, Sixt, EuropeCar and all the other companies out there. There is an "Other Hotels" forum. Why not "Other Rental Car Companies"?

Yay! Thanks Randy. I already found an answer to my Rent - A - Wreck and Enterprise questions, but the new forum will come in handy later on.

Not an Enterprise fan here. Their commercials are slick though.
