Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - LY seating (757)

I am likely to be on an ElAL 757-200 TLV-AMS-TLV, in economy. Since there are no published seat maps, could anyone suggest particularly good or particulalry bad seats? Exit row? Thanks for any information,
