Hilton HHonors - Email Reservation and Travel Planner Conflict

I made a reservation for a 6 night reward using a Glon2. The information was correct in the email and the confirmation. The travel planner states I need a C506 reward and the total rate for the stay is 210,00 points. (I haven't requested the Glon2 certificate yet.) Has this happened to anyone else? I called back and they said that the travel planner shows what you would have needed if you did not use a vip reward.?????????

Yes, I've had this happen. I didn't have any problem with the stay.

The day after the travel planner stated the C506 award another change occured. The reward went from nonsmoking to smoking and instead of being a reward stay it now said the rate per day was 25 Euro for a total of 160.50 Euro. I called back hhonors reward reservations and the agent changed it back to the original reward reservation and told me to keep an eye on it. The travel planner again stated the C506 reward.Today it changed back to the smoking/25 euro per day rate. So I called them back and they changed it back again to the original reservation (with the travel planner again stating the C506 reward). In the interim I spoke to customer service as well. Noone seems to know what keeps happening or how to resolve this. Am I going to have a problem at the hotel when I check in?
