Hilton HHonors - Why?

With great respect and compassion for all the victims of the Pensacola Beach/Santa Rosa Island area, I would like to hear from someone who knows, why the Hilton Garden Inn reopens at the end of October, and the Hampton Inn, directly next door, will not reopen until March. Having visited the properties often, as well as The Dunes, I believe the construction is very similar.

Maybe a difference in damage. Maybe one is waiting for the insurance to come through.
