Hilton HHonors - Hilton Reward - Zero Points??

In checking reward availability in Tulsa this week-end I came upon this unusual situation. The Hilton is a category 1 hotel (10,000) points but it offers a point saver. The reward rules don't show a category 1 point saver option and the reservation offer shows up as follows with 0 points! I don't want to stay at this location but am curious and thought it might be a free night for someone.
