Just curious what are the chances of the seats you picked during reservations will stay on reservation? So far what I have is on USAir flights are:
FRA-CLT: 3A on A330
CLT-ROA: 4A on Embraer Jet
ROA-PHL: 3A on DH8
PHL-FRA: 11H on A330
With my experiences with other airlines (Northwest and United), we usually got the seats we reserved. Its been a while since I rode USAir.

Never had this problem on any flight other than AA but i will speak my mind. i made copys of my reservation (e-ticket) with guaranteed seats. When i got to airport, the tickets had different seats on them, you know the ones www.seatguru.com calls the worse? well a couple of minutes of talking to manager on duty and i was riding in first class, with a glass of apology wine. best of luck, but the other 300+ flights ive been on, the reservation seats have been the same.

I would agree with the evaluation of seat selections. The only time I can think of an issue was if that there was an equipment change that ocurred which required a seat change. So I would check back periodically to make sure there hasn't been an switch in the type of aircraft being flown--you should be able to check that on line with US.
If there is an equipment change, go to seatguru.com to see what the better seats are for the new equipment and call US to make sure you don't get stick with a middle seat..... ;)
