US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - Complimentary US Airways club pass

I am one of those new Signature Card holders (July). In the promo statement, I am to receive this 'Complimentary US Airways Club pass' which I have not yet received. I will be making an international flight in November (FRA-PBI) with a long layover in CLT of 3 hours. Is there a number I can call or someone with whom I might speak to see if I can gain access to the US Airways Club there for that time? It would be the ideal time for me to enjoy that little 'perk'.

Any help on this would be appreciated. :D :D

I had this happen to me. I was told by US Airways that the certificates are issued by Bank of America. I called Bank of America customer services and had one mailed to me. It took about 2-3 weeks to receive. Good luck.

Thanks for that "heads up". I have a number here for Bank of America I can call collect from Germany. I am not sure they will have it to me before I leave Germany, though. Doubt it, really.

Are you flying in Envoy Class for this trip? If so, then you are entitled to US Club access upon presentation of a same day Envoy Class ticket, including in connecting and origination cities. So, if you were flying Envoy FRA-CLT-PBI-CLT-FRA, you will have access to the UA club in FRA, and the US Club in CLT and PBI.

Oh this IS good news! Being able to go to the club during this long day (total 15 hours) will be a nice addition. It will be a nice way to start my visit to see my father in Sturart, FL. I am going to help him clean up from those hurricanes! :D

Yes, that is my itinerary exactly. I will be getting to FRA at 8am via Lufthansa bus from Heidelberg 7 November. My flight leaves at 11am. Depending on how many security lines I must go through (last time there were 4 to the international concorse) I would love to vist the US club too. I was at the Red Carpet club in Miami and that one was quite nice.
My first time in Envoy, btw. :D :D

The club passes are mailed with the June statement, so if you signed up for the card in July, you will not receive your club pass until June, '05.
