Hilton HHonors - Current Year Stays/Nights Count on hhonors.com accurate for elite re-qualification?

My most recent stays have rolled the magic counter up to 60 "current year nights" on hiltonhhonors.com. However, included in that count is 6 nights from some Priceline stays in the spring. Is this count what Hilton uses to determine if I'm going to be diamond for another year? Or is there another number behind the scenes? I can do 6 more nights, though it's not convenient as there is a Res Inn right next to where I'm going to be working the rest of the year and I would just as soon stay there. Tried a search, got 10+ pages, went through more than 7 and couldn't find anything. I've been

I experienced the scenario you describe a couple of years ago when Priceline stays were more of a gray area regarding stay credit qualification. Hhonors actually did not count 3 or 4 of my stays and I ended up one stay short of Diamond requalification. Thankfully, they gave it to me anyway as a "one-time exception."

I second this.. i called once (after another person said the same thing) to HHonors diamond desk and said "have I requalified since I have 28 stays and they said "No, you have three P/L stays included in this total and although they show up in your stay count, we (Hh) don't count those stays toward your requalification"... so I just made three more stays and it was not a problem but I could see how it could be

I found that Hilton doesn't count the priceline stays so I just use points to make top off my stays. Might want to consider this.
