US Airways Dividend Miles (Pre-FlightFund Merger) - DM Awards Unavailability Questions

I am seeking TLH-ROC coach award seats leaving 11/11 and returning 11/14. The website says no availability.

BUT . . . there is availability same dates for TLH-CLT and also for CLT-ROC when one checks separately. Why can I book separate trips for same city pair but can not book it as one trip? This makes no sense?

Thanks for the suggestion. I went back to the details and there are IMHO valid pairs.

Available are:

TLH to CLT

6 AM - 7:23 AM
1:15 PM - 2:38 PM
5 PM - 6:23 PM

CLT to ROC

8:10 AM departure
11:00 AM departure
12:15 PM departure

Roc To CLT

7:20 AM - 9:23 AM

CLT to TLH

11:10 AM departure

I believe there are some pairs in here that have less than 4 hour stopovers and would be valid.

Might someone advise as to what the problem is and how to get them (do I need to phone instead of the website).

Call the DM line and have them work it - the website isn't very good at anything that isn't extremely straightforward.
