Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - food to choose on ewr-sing flight

Hello guys,

I will be flying on EWR-SIN flight in Dec, what would be a good choice of food and how many courses will be served in the Executive economy class. I do not eat beef. So would appreciate the suggestions from people who have travelled this leg.

I just flew this route in Raffles last week, but did the exec econ recently. If I remember correctly, the first meal will consist of 3 choices of entree...one meat, one asain noodle variant, and possibly a chicken dish. I cannot recall how many courses, but there certainly was enough to fill you up.
