Just got the mail and there was a big fat envelope from W Hotels. Inside was a Tumi Travel Wallet and note of thanks for my loyalty. I still wish I would have qualified for the Stay 10 promo but the wallet is a nice gift! ^

how do you know that? it seems like this came in the mail. depending on where you live, you may have a new Tumi wallet. ;)

Actually, we had a fine trip, I was just disapointed with the place the 2nd time around.

Did you have to register for this?I did not register for this. It just arrived in the mail. I also just inspected it and inside is a tumi gift certificate for $50.

How much 'loyalty' have you given them?I really haven't been that loyal. Last summer and fall I practically lived at the Seatle W during a project stint there but I have only had a few stays at W hotels this year. Most of my SPG stays this year have been at various Westins and Sheratons. I don't know why I was selected. Also realize I was at home today and it came in the mail TODAY! Many of you may have this waiting for you at home as well.

I got one last week. I'd say about 40% of my Starwood stays are at W properites. Was a nice surprise gift, but definately not a promo!

I got that it too although I have only stayed at a W 5 times in the last 12 months or so.

3,300, eh? I feel so priviledged. Was disappointed though to read the T&Cs a block from the Tumi store in SF only to find out that the $50 gift certificate was valid online only.

You are better off ordering online anyway - no Sales Tax!

Hard to figure out-- Zakami had 5 W stays in the last 12 months (and received one) and I've had 5 paid W stays in the last 5 months, but did not :(

Compliments to SPG on treating their loyal customers this way. I have one of those wallets from a business meetings 5 years ago and it rocks. Mine is bulging to almost 3" thick, and travels with me everywhere, but aside from a bad zipper it's as good as new.

SPG could teach USAir a few things...

Is anyone planning NOT to use their certificate? I missed out on the Tumi promotion last year (had over 100+ nights, just none during the promotion period) and am looking to get something from their website.

If you are not using it, I'd appreciate if you can PM the coupon.

?? I wasn't being sarcastic. I looked it up and that's all we spent. These were short, weekend getwaways. $5300 for 5 W visits IS nothing. I'll probably spend more than that at the Danieli restaurant ;)
