Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Bidding For Flights Outside US

Does anyone know of any site or priceline "workaround" that allows you to bid for travel originating outside the US?

Prieline.co.uk used to offer this but changed to a straight travel agency deal on flights some time ago and hasnt been the same since!!

Any help/suggestions gratefully received.
