Just taken the 346 and the 3 class 343.
To those who have to sit in Y :D
The IFE box on 346Y are located under seat A, D, G, K.
Sorry, they are quite large, the width is about half of the seat :(
(Lucky, I had the whole 4 seats row by myself on that 16.5 hour flight :) )
On the 3 class 343, the box is much smaller and I only saw it under G.
I tried to find this information before my trip, but no one knows.
Hopefully, someone will find this useful!

Nice piece of info. ^
Suggest you also let the folks at Seatguru know this as well.

I will be taking a flight in Y on CX's new 333 to SYD next week. Does anyone have an update on where the IFE boxes are located (under which seats)? I have never flown the new Y before, but do the IFE boxes still get in the way, even with the "extra" leg room given by the non-reclining seats? Are the IFE boxes still as big as the ones on the old Airbuses?
Any update appreciated. Right now, I'm booked in 57C on the way out and back.
There are no IFE boxes under seats in New Y at all. This is a great plus for the new config.

Just got off one of CX's new A330s, and want to clarify the above.
While it is true that there are no big IFE boxes taking up precious leg room, I noticed that the A/C/E/F/H/K seats have less "shin room" than the D/G seats. On the A...K seats, there is an extra dark-grey strip which extends downwards from the bottom of the seat in front, which takes about 1.5-2 inches off shin room. Luckily, I was in the G seat, so I could extend my legs straight quite comfortably, which I otherwise could not do in the adjacent seat (my shin kept bumping into the grey strip).
I was in row 32, and I noticed the above in all of the rows in front of me, so I would presume it is like this across the entire Y cabin.
