America West FlightFund (Discontinued Program) - Web Check-in Oddity

So here I am online at HP's site printing off my boarding pass for #273 (phx-iah) tomorrow. I take this flight monthly and have always used web checkin without any problem until today when I got all the way up to "print boarding passes" and this error message came up:

Do you have exit row seats?

Emergency Exit Row / QIKCHECK-IN Kiosk Notice:
Please be advised that QIKCHECK-IN kiosks will not print a boarding pass for customers seated in exit rows. The FAA requires that an agent verify in person that a customer is qualified for exit row seating. If you have selected an exit row, please check-in at the kiosk and continue to the kiosk agent to receive your boarding pass.

Phoenix customers with exit row seat assignments:
Please check-in at the kiosks located at the ticket counter on Level 2. The kiosks located at the security checkpoints A and B on Level 3 do not have an agent available to print your boarding pass. Thank you.

That what happens when you say something bad about HP on this board. Kind of the same as be nice to the waiter / waitress until you safely get your food!

Seat 2A. No SSSS on my boarding pass. San Diego Shaun is right--it was my time to get punished after knocking HP's hotpockets for so long :p

You are probably one of the lucky ones, like myself, that have names that appear on the LIST. This means they have to verify DOB and middle names and such before allowing you to board. Look for more of this in the future rather than less.
