Hertz - Better than expected customer service at DCA

I had the frustration of renting a Volvo S80 with a CD player that didn't want to work. Every time I put in a CD I got a message "CD error" ... I thought it might be a defective disc. But after trying several CDs in both my home system and the car, I realized it had to be the car player. The vehicle had 12,000+ miles on it. Brought the car back as scheduled from the one day rental and mentioned the dodgy CD to the agent who was checking-in the vehicles. He sent me to the Gold booth ... I explained what happened to the guy behind the counter. He was very apologetic. I was thinking maybe a $10 credit. He said he would give me a $50 voucher!!! :)
