* may bring forward schedule of 253 ex-HKG due recent incident ex-LHR where 254 had to overnight LHR because it was unable to depart by 2330 LHR time. apparently, strong head winds to LHR delayed a flight by an hour in this particular incident;

* working overtime to try and secure daily services to BJS for their winter schedule;

* optimistic in launching 3 x weekly services to XMN (Xiamen) early 2005 subject to obtaining necessary operating permits and slots;

* secured extra slots for daily frequency to DEL and BOM over winter;

* received government (did not say which) approval to add 2 frequencies on th HKG / DXB/ BOM route effective 1 Dec; and

* not really related but QF has promotion for their 3 X LHR services for a RT fare of HKD$3,700

Do you know when the daily flights to BOM will start, and whether it will just be for the winter? Have you heard whether the extra 3 flights will also be CX750/751 with the same flight times as currently? Many thanks.

CX564/565 HKG-TPE-KIX: from 330 -> 773
CX580/581 HKG-CTS: 744 -> 773
CX888/889 HKG-YVR-JFK: 34C except Tue, Fri, Sun 346
CX506/507 HKG-KIX: from 343/330/744 -> 772/773/343 except on Thu 346

Direct to BOM would be a lovely surprise... how optimistic am i ?
